Dr. Ahmed KebailiBoard Member
Dr Ahmed Kebaili is the principal of Tell Energy, an oil and gas consulting firm. He is a graduate of the University of Paris, and holds an MSc in Mathematics and a PhD in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa. Dr. Kebaili worked for Mobil Oil Corporation for 15 years in several capacities before which, worked for over six years for a Dallas based petroleum engineering consulting firm focused on the Middle East, North Africa and OPEC countries. From 1995 until his retirement in 2006, he was the Principal Petroleum Engineer for the International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank, based in Washington, D.C. He was appointed an independent Non-executive Director to the Boards of Melrose Resources Plc in June 2008 and of TOPIC SA, Tunisia in June 2010.
Dr. Kebaili has extensive working knowledge and experience in reservoir engineering, project finance, asset valuation, exploration prospects and farm-in and property evaluations, project risk assessment, deep understanding of world fiscal systems and production sharing contracts, and business development.

Dr. Cheong has extensive executive, managerial, and staff experience in oil and gas production, development, Planning and technology research in multiple countries as well as entrepreneurial experience as founder and head of an onshore U.S. production company. Dr. Cheong has over 35 years of experience witn Mobil Oil Corporation in US, Canada, Africa, and the Middle East. He founded the Woodygreen Resources, LP in 2004 and Inflowmax Corporation in 2001.

Mr. Farrokh PebdaniFounder, Chairman, and Member of the Board
Mr. Pebdani is the Founder of Reservoir Transformation Group. He has over 35 years of experience in petroleum research and development, as well as field application of reservoir management best practices. He received his M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University, and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from University of Texas at Austin.

He joined ExxonMobil in 1981 and worked at the R&D Center in Dallas, and affiliates in US, Canada, Africa, and North Sea. He left ExxonMobil to join Saudi Aramco in 2002, where he worked in Reservoir Management and Field Development, with focus on water management of mature fields, particularly Ghawar and Abqaiq.

Has a particularly broad background spanning gas, condensate, light oil, and heavy oil reservoirs. He has extensive experience with EOR technologies, reservoir simulation, well testing, and reserves estimation. He also has significant reservoir management experience with horizontal well technologies, field operations and surveillance, and the business of Field Development Planning.
Currently he is engaged with a major Chinese Client’s operation in their Iraq oilfield development. Author of 6 Patents and 16 reviewed publications
